Consent to Personal Data Processing
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.
By submitting a request on the website killmanual.com and ticking the consent box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Marat Ruslanovich Baibekov, self-employed, Taxpayer ID (INN) 500724711771 (the "Operator"), to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. List of data
Name or other form of address; Telegram username or phone number; the text of the message and the selected service option.
2. Purpose of processing
Reviewing my request, communicating with me about it, preparing a proposal and concluding a contract for the provision of services at my request.
3. Operations with data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating), use, deletion and destruction, using automation tools, including cross-border transfer: storage on a server in Germany, delivery to the Operator via the Telegram messenger and recording in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA).
4. Term of the consent
The consent is valid until the purpose of processing has been achieved, but for no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of my last contact, or until it is withdrawn.
5. Withdrawal of consent
I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending an email to maratbaibekovwork00@mail.ru. In that case the Operator stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.
