Personal Data Processing Policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.
1. General provisions
This policy sets out the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data of visitors to the website killmanual.com (the "Website") in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
The personal data operator is Marat Ruslanovich Baibekov, self-employed, applying the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax", Taxpayer ID (INN) 500724711771 (the "Operator").

2. Data processed
The Operator processes only the data that the visitor provides in the request form:
- name or other form of address;
- contact details — a Telegram username or a phone number;
- the text of the message and the selected service option.
The Website does not use cookies, web analytics services or visit counters. The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes of processing
- reviewing the request and communicating with its author;
- preparing a proposal and concluding a contract for the provision of services at the request of the author of the request.
The data is not used for advertising mailings.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the personal data subject (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), which the subject gives by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form. The text of the consent is available at killmanual.com/consent.html.
5. Operations with data and method of processing
The Operator performs the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating), use, deletion and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out using automation tools.
Place of processing. A request submitted on the Website is received by a server that the Operator rents from a hosting provider; the server is located in Germany. From the server, the request data is sent to the Operator via the Telegram messenger and recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google LLC, USA). Processing therefore involves cross-border transfer of personal data, to which the data subject consents when submitting the form.
6. Terms of processing and storage
Personal data is stored until the purposes of processing have been achieved, but for no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of the last contact, or until the consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. After that the data is deleted.
7. Disclosure to third parties
The Operator does not sell personal data. Requests are received and stored using the services listed in section 5: server hosting, Telegram and Google Sheets. Personal data is not disclosed to any other third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Rights of the personal data subject
The personal data subject has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- demand that the data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal against the actions of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
A request or a withdrawal of consent is to be sent to maratbaibekovwork00@mail.ru. The Operator replies within 10 business days of receiving the request. After consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.
9. Data protection
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, dissemination and destruction: data is transmitted from the Website over the secure HTTPS protocol, access to the processing systems is restricted and protected by keys and passwords, and backups are made.
10. Changes to the policy
The Operator may amend this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
