Machines do the routine. You run the business.

Process automation, AI bots and agents, websites and integrations — built around your task. For example: leads land in a spreadsheet on their own, a bot answers customers at night, and a report arrives in Telegram every evening.

The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.

A customer messaged you at 11:40 pm. You saw it in the morning. They had already bought from a competitor.

That’s how customers leave — quietly, without a word. With a bot, Anna would have had an answer at 11:40 pm and picked a time herself.

Leads from six places, in one sheet

Here is the most common example. Other tasks work the same way: data goes where it’s needed on its own.

  1. Leads come from everywhere

Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, Facebook, email — all in different places. Something always gets lost.

  2. The system gathers it in one place

Every lead lands in the sheet with a number, source and status. No copying by hand.

  3. You stay informed without opening the chats

You hear about a new customer within seconds and get a ready report in Telegram every evening.

Sound familiar? Here’s what changes after launch

Money is rarely lost on big mistakes. It slips away on small things: a forgotten lead, a reply half a day late, a report nobody had time to put together.

Instead of a CRM

No retraining your team. Everything runs in the Telegram and Google Sheets you already use, with no new software and no per-seat fees.

Already on amoCRM or Bitrix24? I’ll connect your website, messengers and reports to it.

Instead of an admin

Works 24/7 and never forgets. You pay for the setup once; after that only a low-cost server and, if the solution uses AI, the model usage you actually consume.

Instead of Zapier and Make

No subscription per action. n8n runs on your own server: no limits on operations, no per-task billing, and your data stays with you.

It all depends on your task

I don’t sell one boxed product. I find out where your time and money go and pick a solution, from a simple bot to a system of several services. Here is what people come with most often.

Process automation

Leads, orders, payments, reminders, notifications — everything done by hand today runs on its own. Built on n8n.

What was done by hand now happens by itself

AI bots for customers

They answer in Telegram or on your website from your knowledge base, understand voice messages, take bookings and hand tricky cases to a person.

Customers get answers at night and on weekends

AI agents on OpenClaw

A personal assistant on your own server: sorts email, keeps your calendar, looks things up and runs errands straight from your messenger.

You get an assistant that never sleeps

Telegram bots

Bookings, catalogue, payments, broadcasts, a customer account — a bot that’s easy to use from a phone.

Everything inside a messenger customers already use

Websites and landing pages

Sales pages with a form that sends every enquiry straight to your Telegram and spreadsheet. Like this website.

Website enquiries reach your Telegram at once

Integrations

I connect your services: CRMs, spreadsheets, payment systems, email, messengers, marketplaces — via their APIs.

Data moves where it’s needed by itself

Data collection and processing

Price and competitor monitoring, news gathered from websites and channels, AI summaries and digests.

What matters comes to you by itself

Reports and analytics

Revenue, orders, average sale, payroll — calculated automatically and delivered every evening or once a week.

Your business numbers are always at hand

Don’t see your task?

Describe what you need. I’ll ask a few questions, then tell you honestly whether I’ll take it on and roughly what it would cost.

What you could automate this week

Typical solutions I adapt to a specific business. Recognise your situation? Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Salon, studio

Booking reminders

Clients get a reminder a day and two hours before; you get tomorrow’s schedule for each specialist.

Delivery, café

Orders in one place

Orders from the website and messengers land in one sheet, and the courier gets the address right away.

Online school

Access after payment

Pay, and get course access and the chat link instantly. No manual payment checks.

Shop

Stock control

An alert when an item runs low. Yesterday’s sales every morning.

B2B services

A quote in a minute

An enquiry becomes a customer record and a quote built from your template.

Any business

Collecting reviews

After an order the customer is asked for a rating. A bad one goes straight to the owner.

Support

AI answers 24/7

A bot answers common questions from your knowledge base and passes hard ones to a manager.

For the owner

Evening report

Every evening in Telegram: orders, revenue, average sale and who still owes you.

These are solution ideas, not descriptions of specific clients’ projects. Finished examples are below.

Working solutions, not promises

I don’t disclose client names or data. The mock-ups use test data.

A tailoring studio: from notebook to system

Orders were written by hand, notes to the tailors went to different chats, and revenue was counted at the end of the month. Now an order is entered through a form, lands in the sheet, the tailor is notified, and the owner gets an evening report on orders, revenue and pay.

A freelance job collector with AI review

My own client-finding system. Every 20 minutes the bot checks FL.ru, Kwork, Freelance.ru, Freelancer.com, Reddit and Telegram job channels, drops spam and duplicates, puts everything into a sheet and sends the relevant jobs straight to my Telegram. An AI model replies to each one right away: take it or not, how many hours it will take and what to ask the client. The same approach works for collecting leads, tenders or mentions of your company.

Content, Telegram channelReady to use

Autoposting from a spreadsheet to Telegram

The content plan lives in an ordinary Google Sheet: date, channel, text and, if needed, an image. Every 5 minutes n8n checks the sheet and publishes rows marked “ready” to the channel once their time comes, as text or as an image with a caption. After publishing it sets the status to “published” and adds a link to the post; if something fails, it writes down why. Drafts are left alone.

From the first call to a working system

You always know what’s happening, what it costs and what you’ll get at the end.

  1. Consultation

I listen to how things work for you and ask questions to understand what you really need.

    Free
  2. Plan and price

I write down exactly what I’ll automate, the timeline and the final price.

    1–2 days
  3. Build

I set it up and show you progress on your real data.

    From a few days
  4. Handover

I hand over access and a short guide, and we test everything together.

    On handover day
  5. Support

I keep an eye on it, fix issues and adjust it when things change.

    Optional

You lose nothing, even if you don’t order

Free consultation

We discuss your task and possible solutions.

Price agreed up front

The final amount and timeline are fixed in the plan before I start.

Everything stays yours

Accounts, sheets and the server are registered to you. You’re not tied to anyone.

An honest answer

If the task isn’t my field or the solution isn’t worth the money, I’ll say so and, where I can, suggest who to talk to.

Marat Baibekov

I build automation, AI bots and agents, websites and integrations for small businesses. I choose tools to fit the task, not the other way round. I work remotely: you describe what you need, I build it and hand it over with access and a guide.

What matters to me is that automation works, not just exists. That’s why I run my own servers with daily backups and don’t hand over a project until it’s been tested on your real data.

How much money leaks through manual routine

Plug in your own numbers. It’s a rough estimate, but it shows the scale.

You’re losing roughly

20 000 ₽ a month

That’s about ₽240,000 a year

Discuss my case

This is an estimate based on your numbers, not a promise of results.

“From” prices, never “on request”

The exact price depends on the task. Below is a guide for typical cases; AI agents, websites and custom projects are priced after the consultation. The final amount is fixed before work starts. Running costs are separate: a server (usually a few dollars a month) and model usage, if the solution uses AI.

One-off setup

The one task that hurts the most

from 25 000 ₽

  • 1 process, bot or integration
  • For example: leads into a sheet, plus notifications
  • Set up and tested on your data
  • Access and a guide

Best value

Full automation

When there are several connected tasks

from 45 000 ₽

  • Up to 3 connected processes or bots
  • Scheduled reports
  • Server, monitoring and backups
  • 3 months of warranty support

from 5 000 ₽ a month

  • Monitoring and daily backups
  • Fixes and improvements
  • Response to failures within agreed times
  • Regular health checks

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find an answer? Ask in the form or message me on Telegram.

My business is small. Will this even pay off?

Try the calculator above. If our conversation shows the solution isn’t worth the money, I’ll tell you straight.

Do you only automate leads?

No, leads are just the most common example. I build AI bots and agents, Telegram bots, websites, integrations between services, data collection and reports. It all depends on the task — describe it and I’ll suggest a solution.

What do AI bots run on, and what do they cost to run?

The bot uses an AI model (Claude, GPT and others) on your own account and key — you pay the provider directly, only for actual use. I’ll estimate your cost during the consultation.

Do I need to understand n8n?

No. You keep using Telegram and spreadsheets while n8n works in the background. If you want to change things yourself, I’ll show you how.

Who owns everything — me or you?

You do. Sheets, bots and the server are set up on your accounts, and you get all access at handover. You’re not tied to me.

What are the running costs?

n8n itself is free. Usually all you need is a low-cost server, from a few dollars a month. Telegram and Google Sheets are free.

How long does setup take?

One process usually takes from a few days. I give the exact timeline after our call and fix it in the plan before work starts.

What if something breaks?

The full automation plan includes 3 months of warranty support. After that you can switch to a subscription: I monitor everything and fix failures within agreed times.

Do I need a CRM?

Often not. A small business is usually fine with a spreadsheet, Telegram and automation — it’s cheaper and needs no retraining. If you do need a CRM, I’ll connect the automation to it.

Tell me about your task, and we’ll see how I can help

Describe the task in a couple of sentences and I’ll get back to you on Telegram, WhatsApp or email.

  1. You tell me how things work now, and I ask questions to understand what you really need
  2. If I can help, I suggest options with a “from” price and timeline
  3. If the task isn’t for me, I’ll say so
